We’re Cody and Lexi, a husband‑and‑wife team passionate about crafting air‑roasted, small‑batch coffee that’s smooth, balanced, and full of character. What started as a shared love for great coffee has grown into a small business rooted in quality, intention, and community.

Why We Air Roast

We use air roasting because it allows each bean to roast evenly using hot air instead of sitting in a drum. This method reduces bitterness and brings out the natural flavors of the coffee, creating a cleaner, more approachable cup.

Every batch is roasted in small quantities so we can give it the attention it deserves — no shortcuts, no mass production, just thoughtfully roasted coffee we’re proud to share.
