Our Colombian Decaf is crafted using the Swiss Water Process, a 100% chemical-free method that removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s rich flavor and aroma.

The Swiss Water Process (SWP)

Developed in Switzerland in the 1930s, this innovative decaffeination method uses Green Coffee Extract (GCE), a water-based solution that naturally draws caffeine from unroasted coffee beans. The caffeine is then removed from the GCE using carbon filtration, and the purified solution is recycled to continue the process. This is repeated until at least 97% of the caffeine is removed, leaving you with a smooth, full-bodied coffee—minus the caffeine.
